Several modern theories have been created the last 40 years as a) antiauthoritarian education or b) changes of behavioral rules by exchanges of gender specific toys to create atypical gender rules behavior but the praxis proved these theories wrong.
A) Children need the golden middle course of authoritarian and antiauthoritarian education to learn a positive behavior by being together with others,
B) Men and women have different genetic structures which are responsible for more male hormones and less female hormones in men and more female hormones and less male hormones, in women. The different quantitative distribution of female and male hormone in both sexes are determining their different behavioral thinking, feeling and acting.
C) Another theory is that we can have a better world if we are teaching our children from earliest childhood that the reality of discrimination of disabled people, black, yellow or red pigmented people, poor people and women is just not existent if we, as mature responsible educators don't mention it while teaching our children. But that is only partly correct: Certainly toddlers are accepting each other at first sight, disregarding different skin, disability or sex. But the discrimination is commencing at the moment, as an example, when an educator/parent makes them pick up sweets at the other end of the room or garden etc.. The healthiest and strongest children will be the first at the toys and sweets and they will selfishly try to get the biggest and best toys and sweets or all of them!
By watching things like this it is apparent that an adult with prejudice can but must not necessarily be the reason for discriminatory behavior between children! The children themselves are mainly developing this behavior between them without the influence of adults like this:
The healthiest and strongest toddler will make his/her own experience without any gestures or words from adults that, if he/she is fast enough to catch the best toys and sweets and clever enough to defend them if others challenge him/her, he/she will be the winner and the others the losers! This existential experience alone - to be a winner or to be a looser - bears the reality of discrimination! And here the religious education of the toddler has to begin for a fair togetherness in the community of equal people! RELIGION AT ITS BEST, is indispensable and essential for the integration of toddlers, schoolchildren and teenagers in our community/society.
Obedience to the TEN COMMANDMENTS of humanity can regulate better the peaceful and happy togetherness of humans in responsibility and fairness. Just give a try!
In this respect it is necessary to emphasize that our disabled friends are still not yet fully integrated in our society. Much more has to be done!
Because of faith in the POSITIVE POWER GOD as a helpful tool in every person's life everybody has the opportunity and duty to learn to respect others, to share with them his/her goods and to help unhappy and less fortunate children and unlucky adults!
Think about it! You can't take anything with you when striding through the dark tunnel into THE ETERNAL LIGHT!
