Page 7:"It's freezing here," says Caterpillar. "I will weave for you a warm shirt!"
"That would be great!" Dolly says gratefully. "But how can you do this?" "Nothing easier than that," smiles Caterpillar friendly. "I'm just producing my own weaving-thread."
And busy, busy, busy, quick as a flash, he has woven Dollys' shirt. "That will keep you warm, Dolly," Caterpillar says. "Isn't Caterpillar just georgeous?" "Sure, he is!"
Page 8:
"I'm hungry!" Caterpillar sighs. "Come on, Dolly, lets' go find something to eat," he invites her. "Great!" beams Dolly. "Just sit down on my back. I'm nearly fast as a motor car," Caterpillar encourages Dolly. "Is this true?" "Yes, FAIRYTRUE."
Page 9:On their adventurous journey they meet a special, very, very big fairy- leaf. "What's so special about it?" Dolly is wondering. "Just look at this! Closer, still closer! Can you see the large, sparkling, shimmering, multifaceted fairy-waterdrop on it? No? Wait, I will lift you a bit," says Caterpillar. And he makes a high bow with his back. "Oh, oh, how wonderful it's sparkling!" Dolly says impressed. "Nobody is allowed to eat from this fairy-leaf," warns the large, sparkling, shimmering, multifaceted fairy-waterdrop, "Absolutely nobody!" he repeated. "Why not?" asks the puzzled Caterpillar. "It's just forbidden because it's dangerous!" warns again the large, sparkling, shimmering, multifaceted fairy-waterdrop. "Papperlapapp, papperlapapp," Caterpillar went a bit angry, "never heard a scrap like this!" And, without fuss, he is biting a big piece out of the forbidden fairy-leaf. "Yum, yum, yum, my goodness, the taste of that forbidden fairy-leaf is just incredibly yummy," he says acknowledging with full mouth.
Page 10:"Oh dear, oh dear, what's going on here?" Dolly is screaming, totally frightened.
"Look at this! Look at this!" "What's the matter?" asks the large, sparkling, shimmering, multifaceted fairy-waterdrop. "Something strange is happening with Caterpillar." It's just unbelievable, but FAIRYTRUE: Having swallowed a big piece of the forbidden fairy-leaf, he again suddenly is producing a fine thread. But this time his thread doesn't weave a second shirt. It's busy spinning and turning around Caterpillar himself. It happens from top to the bottom, from bottom to the top, fast, faster and evermore faster!. "Is there nobody to stop it?" Dolly is screaming. But sadly, nobody is here to stop the busy spinning and turning thread. At last, it has made a woven package out of Caterpillar. It's hard like a nutshell. "Oh dear, oh dear! Is he forever locked in this package?" Dolly is wondering. Well, the end of this fairy-story will tell. "I warned Caterpillar," sighs the large, sparkling, shimmering, multifaceted fairy-waterdrop. "Why didn't he want to obey?"
