Page 11: | "What's the trouble?" asks the beautiful, colored snail and creeps slowly closer. She proudly carries her comfortable mobile home on her back. "Did she built it for herself?" Dolly is wondering. "Well, yes, she did! The snail is an excellent carpenter," says the large, sparkling, shimmering, multifaceted fairy-waterdrop. "Nobody is allowed to eat from this forbidden fairy-leaf," he warns this time the snail. "Believe me, it's very dangerous at all, it's very dangerous at all," he repeated several times. "Is this FAIRYTRUE?" Snail is puzzled. "But this forbidden fairy-leaf especially looks and smells very tasty and mouthwatering!" "Surely, it's FAIRYTRUE," warns once more the large, sparkling, shimmering, multifaceted fairy-waterdrop. "If that's the case, it's fine for me," means Snail. "Actually, there are still other tasty, good smelling, mouthwatering leaves around which I'm allowed to eat! Good-bye, mates, good-bye!" She friendly waves with her eyehorns and creeps slowly away. | Page 12:
| "Oh dear, oh dear, what will happen now with the trapped Caterpillar? Who can help to free him? Help, help, help! There must be someone who can help!!" Dolly is screaming again. "Psssst, hear! Somebody is singing a song," says the large, shimmering, sparkling fairy-waterdrop. "I can't hear anything" whispers Dolly. "Pssst, be silent!" The singer comes nearer and nearer. "Who is it?" "I suppose, it's the big, black stagbeetle," answers the large, shimmering, sparkling, fairy-waterdrop. Now, they can hear his song very clearly: "I am the SUPER STAGGY BEETLE -- I do not sting with painful needle -- but with my SUPER STAGGY JAWS -- I supervise all fairy-laws -- I just do know what's going on -- because I am so SUPER STRONG!" "Wow! That's it!" Dolly is excited. "The Stag beetle must help to free Caterpillar!" "I can try it," says good-natured Stag beetle." But I suppose, I can't. Caterpillars' package is even for my staggy jaws to hard to open!" Unfortunately, the strong stagbeetle is right. | Page 13: | "Let's go to the buzzing bees," he offers Dolly, "maybe they are able to open Caterpillars' hard package." Certainly, the busy bees are very pleased to help Caterpillar get free. "HOW can they free Caterpillar?" Dolly is wondering. "Maybe with help of their tiny, stinging stings? Or with their tiny jaws?" she asks Stagbeetle. "Maybe I was wrong," Stagbeetle says. "It seems, that their tiny jaws are only good for collecting sweet honey!" "What else?" Dolly wants to know. "And to build wabes out of wax." "What for?" "For storing their honey in it!" "What else?" "And for raising their baby-bees in it." Stag beetle is proud on his knowledge. "Suggest, best of all is, you just ask the Wise Owl what to do!" recommends helpfully the Bee-Queen," two of my soldiers will lead you to her place. Good luck!" | Page 14: | "Do you think Wise Owl can help free Caterpillar?" Dolly isn't sure. "In fact, Wise Owl has a very hard "bullnose-bill," answers Stagbeetle. "It's maybe useful for cracking caterpillars hard package?" But Wise Owl is shaking slowly, slowly, very slowly her head. "Sorry, guys, I can't help you, even I would like to!" "Why, Wise Owl, why?" Dolly is weeping. "Because," says Wise Owl, "the magic curse can be broken only by the same large, sparkling, shimmering, multifaceted fairy-waterdrop!" "Why?" Stagbeetle is asking. "Because it's the guard of the forbidden large, tasty, mouthwatering fairy-leaf! Actually, it has warned Caterpillar not to eat from it." answers Wise Owl. "If you don't mind, I will lead you back to him!" |
